Ca-L’a Fitness is owned and operated by Shay Hill. Shay is a Licensed Certified Ca-L’a Fitness Instructor and Nutritionist. She has been in the fitness industry since 2012, and loves to help motivate, encourage, and inspire others to reach and accomplish their fitness goals.

Our workout program is for men, women, and children of all ages. Ca-L’a Fitness has partnered with national known youth organizations to help fight childhood obesity. Having healthy children leads to having healthier adults.
